Bitcoin Failed

it may not have failed, but the trust is gone and there is going to be pain a lot more pain.

Think it will bottom out at $20k?

Here's my view point
The second down leg has started, next support is at 18,600 - 19,000 range.

My Opinion (Not TA): I think now some bad news like corporate bankruptcies will start to come, those who invested in crypto, which will fuel further down side

As per TA, it will be worthless, but that scenario may not pan out. But its not going to be a fast or V shape recovery, gonna take a long time based correction for people to again trust it for investment.

IMHO, BTC has been ruined by unnecessary speculation and in the process it also lost its main character i.e. to act as a currency alternative.

interesting how you see the current situation expecting people to store value in bitcoin in the times of uncertainty however bitcoin will never be like gold even in an ideal world personally i wouldn't store value in it due to it's volatility.

It's the most speculative asset. I agree with you, its not going to disappear, EVER, but crypto is done for maybe 2 or 3 years in my opinion

Who talked about if i lost or won money? I am talking about BTC and why i think that failed. If u see cryptos like buy price A and sell price B maybe you should not lose your time with this topic :)

Bitcoin gives investment confidence to large investors, that is also reflected in the community.

USD did not fail, the government failed that thought it was a good idea to print money without control, and now it says, well, maybe we were wrong, but they do not return the money and now, citizens with fewer resources must live worse, because certain people were wrong. They say it's because of the war in Ukraine, but let's be honest, since when has a war in a European country had so much influence on the United States?

We are talking about Bitcoin, no Shitcoins :)

This doesn't make any sense LOL

The price of gold goes up, so perhaps something like this could have been expected in Bitcoin. When things go wrong, countries could use Bitcoin as a store of value.
Bitcoin is designed to be P2P money no middlemen not an asset to be speculated against the US dollar.BTC will only have 21 million coins in existence

Every market always has its ups and downs, real traders rejoice when it down :)

Bitcoin value has fallen many times. But surprising thing is that everytime it came back even more stronger.

I don’t think it failed, it just hasn’t exceeded everyone’s expectations. You have to look back on why it was created. I believe perspectives vary depending on when people discovered it.

To early to say that. It hasn't hit anywhere close to $0 yet.

lol, if u wait to go to 0, i hope you have an eternal life

Why was it created? To send transactions without a central system. That's good, but bitcoin not have scalability, not have programmability. Ethereum appeared, and brought programmability, appeared dapps, smart contracts. Now, bitcoin is only a crypto with value because people decided that BTC is valuable. It's like internet, the first website that was created have value, but now we have google, twitter, youtube. We have Avalanche, Cardano, Tezos, Fantom.

So, is only a valuable asset? Well, yes, because community and people still give value to Bitcoin. For me, it is failed if we only consider BTC as only an asset with value. And not as a store of value for example.
