Are u using your OWN landing page or just redirect to CPA offer ??

i think redirect not working now in Bing

Yes the OP might be direct linking as that is what they do not allow.

They gave you the link to their policies so I suggest you read them. Only when you understand their position can you make the appropriate changes. Asking in a forum to help you without knowing anything such as the URL of your page also makes it harder to help pinpoint a problem.

Your landing page must related to the keyowrd you added in the campaign.if it is not it will impact in the quality. Also Add Terms and Conditions and Privacy policy to your landing page
