Bing not accepting valid Credit Cards.

I am making bing ads account on real us remote with valid credit card. But when i attach my card as postpay payment method it does not accept it. I do not know what to do in this case.

Any help?

You need to contact support ; All new account go like that
 
I am not creating any campaign only trying to add card but bing ad not accepting it. no success.
 
I had the same issue. I had an old bing account in my name that I had used previously. When I went to update the credit card it didn't accept it. Then it finally accepted it, when I went to run the campaign, they banned me. I called them and they escalated it to someone else and after about 2 weeks they told me it was a permanent ban. They also told me I could use a new account with a different credit card. I did that and it worked.
