Google did an experiment Decemeber 2010 over bing.com's results. And this is what they found.

that is different from bing and google's situation more like its like

student 1 copying an exam answers from student 2 and thats cheating your professor

student 1 = bing
student 2 = google
professor = US

Why do you all think that we are moving onto IPv6? Because M!cro$oft has been using up all of the IPv4's (as proxies), in order to display search results to their users from Google...

Actually yes. Anything you build while a student, is property of the university. There are many patent law cases about this subject.

Well now G is accusing M of copying results and we are going to see the reverse soon.

Its a competition and G does not want anyone else in the game.

Basically G can not do anything simply because what they display is not their own property. So why not Bing display the same. I hardly can believe that Bing will do that. They can also accuse Bing how the results are displayed after the search is done. Or accuse them in using the same Title and Description.

One fact that G can not take is that Microsoft owns the PC software market.

Overall I would like to see more competition in the search market so as webmaster to have more choices.

what Bing do to make it better is not a big wrong. Google much hurt me, but Bing, it love my site and source for my bad search engine. Use bing power as your smart to fight Google and make money. I don't mind if Google also try to copying Bing with it site screenshot etc. As long it make your own better, copying is not a problem, at least for me
