Hello, I have created a new site and first thing what I did added it to bing webmaster tools,added sitemap to webmaster tools and so on. Checked the url with URL inspection tool and it shows:
Discovered but not crawled
URL cannot appear on Bing.

The site is new, without posts. Why the fk it got banned by Bing at the first place ? Any bing pros here?

Was the niche a legal one or shady?
 
Legal, nothing shady,org domain, under cloudflare
 
Brand new domain without history. Created microsoft account for webmaster tools using temp mail. Do they track who where and how created the account and ban websites according that? :D
 
if you search in google you will see many webmasters have the same issue, you can try contact bing

Here are some steps you should check:

1. Mail to Bing support team to ask if your website has any technical issues or not?
2. Normally, it will take from 4 - 5 months to get indexed in Bing. So sometimes, it is normal to see some status like "Discovered but not crawled", "URL cannot appear on Bing.". Just wait for some months and the magic will happen
3. Check the live URL status in Bing webmaster tool. If the live status is green, then your website is fine.

The same thing is happening to me, new domain (never registered before), 100% original content with authentic photos taken by me... Google indexed everything but Bing says the same as it says to you. any solution?

it is not normally, bing starts indexing a new site about a week after the start of posting

it will be indexed, you just need to post content constantly, preferably every day or two

no need to add to bing webmaster tool
