I have just signed up bing ads account succeed , which can run very well and spend a lot of money.

@Zwielicht I have reported this guy several time but it seems he is not getting , can you please have a look .

I wasn't the one who resolved those reports, so I didn't see them.

Anyway, I recognise this guy's username. It's either a single Vietnamese guy or a team of scammers (we'll just call them "The Trannies"). I banned his first set on accounts on May 24th:

• @Tieu Phong
• @Quach Tinh
• @Chau Ba Thong
• @Tran Van Quy
• @Nguyen Phong
• @Duc Phong

As you can see, the account names are all related in some way (that, and they're connected via IP as well).

His new set of accounts, which I'm banning right now, including:

• @tranvanquy
• @nguyenvanquy
• @trannguyenquy
