Bing Ads VCC required at cheap - Balance loaded

Hi BHW Members,
I am new to CPA but got stuck when it comes to attaching Cards with Bing Ads because the country where I am living, Bing only allow Postpaid cards.

As I am new, I can't afford expensive cards. Please advice.

if paypal is in your country try to get paypal debit card that should help you out
