Hello,
First of all, I would like to say hello to forum members.
I will be glad if I can come back to 2016, when creating ads and getting approved were much easier.
However, we’re in 2024, and everything’s changed.
I had to do some research and found this forum really useful. However, I faced issues for the last few months, and it’s a nightmare. I guess I did something wrong or just need to get some knowledge on how to resolve my issue before another try.
In the past, I ran a Bing shopping campaign. I didn’t have any issue getting my feed approved and serving product shopping ads on Bing.
However, my account was suspended due to violations of egregious policy. Of course, I submitted an appeal, and suspension was upheld. Bing support is very “helpful” and doesn’t clarify the reason for suspension.
I decided to set up a new account, a new domain name, verify AIV, create a merchant centre, wait a few days, and then submit my product feed file. Then, after a few hours, I received an email about Violation of Egregious Policy, and my account was suspended. I tried to do it again, but same results. I try to understand how Bing algorithm works, whether they rank new domains like scamadvisor or similar tools and find out that domain is new and reject it straight forward. I tried to update my privacy policy and terms and conditions to make sure I comply with Bing Ads policy. However, there is still the same issue. After feed submission, I receive an email that my account was suspended again. Even when I do set up on a different device. I wonder whether there might be a problem with policies on my website or bing links from my old website and products somehow to a new one.
I went through the forum and found some information. However, I can’t believe it’s that simple as that to just copy policies from another website. I guess Bing quickly finds out that it’s copied and suspends my account anyway.
Before I try again, I would like to ask whether I need to have Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy on the product page or if I can have it in the footer and it will pass review.
What about the cookie policy?
At the moment, I have Cookie Policy as a separate page. Do I have to include it in the privacy policy? Or can I keep it at is—a separate page for the cookie policy and a separate for the privacy policy?
I wonder whether to switch to standard search text ads because it might make my life much easier. However, I am not too sure whether I am able to generate sales with it. I did it for search text ads in the past, but the results weren’t good. I tried a year ago to switch to Google Merchant Centre and Google Shopping Ads. However, it’s even worse than Bing Ads. Feed was approved, ads work for 1 day, and then I get suspension.
I guess it happens because I tried to sell used products of a well-known brand. Alternatively, I get suspended because the price is too low compared to the new one. Of course, it’s understood that if new product A costs $100, then used can cost $50. But not for Google algorithms.
However, I did well on Bing Shopping Ads.
The last thing I would like to ask is about anti-detect browsers and cloacking, as it might be an answer to all my previous questions.
I’ve never used it before, but I did some research on the forum.
If my understanding is correct, I need an anti-detect browser such as AdsPower or Dolphin and good cloaking service, but it might need an individual approach. Do I also need proxies for that?
Main question: how long can I serve ads on that? I will be glad if I can run ads for 3-4 weeks, not 3-4 days.
Please let me know whether my understanding of cloaking possibilities is correct.
Let’s assume that I have a brilliant website that follows all of its policies. It’s website, aaa.com.
On website aaa.com, I have product B, and the link to this product is aaa.com/B. This is what I submit to Google or Bing.
Let’s imagine that I have another website, which is eee.com, and I have product F on it, and the link to this product is eee.com/F.
Can I redirect customers automatically from aaa.com/B to eee.com/F?
Or do I need to add product F to the website aaa.com, and cloaking will work only within the domain aaa.com?
I will appreciate your help.
Regards
