Bing accounts Banned

Hi! It is happening to me that when I link external accounts within my BING MCC with a line of credit and start creating the campaigns in those accounts, they end up being suspended without having reached the editorial approval stage.
Someone know what cause this?

Are the new external accounts you are connecting aged at all or brand new?
