Was it your own credit card or did you use virtual credit card(from the internet)?

Please clarify, is your account getting banned or your site got suspended? Most probably it is finding an IP conflict. (my best guess)

Same is happening with me, i have used 3 different(real credit cars) and a bank account but every time my account gets banned. I think they have blacklisted my IP Address.

Nothing blacklisted (well it could be but I doubt it if you used residental IP). They now have that new accounts have to do verification process.

Yes this has become a huge problem with Bing over the past few weeks and many people are unable to continue. @Visual Eagle have you found a way around this? I even tried copying the ads of other successful campaigns already being promoted on bing but even that they ban...

I even created super HQ landing page with new details and everything (even biz was listed on local websites) yet I still got under review.Hire some VA on Fiverr to call them up maybe for each account and get it sorted out?
