  2. Test 3secs almost 20 ips that's not working > refund
  3. Now some wouldn't let me refund
  4. So I contact support. Why all his proxy dont work? please refund

this user was blocked from our market due to the he use not normative lexis and harassment (because we work under refund rules that he can read each time user bought proxy), we make him refund from PM, but he continue his lexis by email. see attached screenshot . He call us slut and etc as you can see this from messages. Also user use the cheat in refund system. we have refund rules that if proxy was used more than 4h or >= 100mb traffic , no refund, lots of user trying use proxies for free, that mean that they use proxy for 40mb and then ask refund. in this case we add refund rate params which work if user refund more then 70% of proxies.as we can see from current user statistic:

for several days , you spent just 0.86$ and try refund each proxy you have leased

user refund 17 from 21 bought. this mean that this user trying use proxies for free and than ask refund.

So, first time refund was given to user via PM : in the screenshot from PM you can sentence :
also we don't make refund in PM messages.
we make refund for you, but your account will be blocked for harassment.
after this user start writing in email :
"fucking slut. low quaility excuses
i give you 12hours or BHW scammer for this retard amount",
"haha man are mad because i call you a slut"
"Please I beg you shut the fuck up".
as you can see from emails attached , our support give detailed answer to user even when he starts using "boorish lexis"

also as we can see user doesn't give full list on screenshots where you can see his lexis and our answers. so we think that this steps (hiding whole data) is just to show situation in need beneficial to user.

as we can see user refund 17 times from your 21 leased.
First time we ask you make refund in telegram bot, because our refund system works in this case(if wasn't refunded from site), on this
answer you starts your harassment. and you have receive refund as well.
Next time you wrote us to email. we check your account and see that you have strange behaviour , 80% lease was refunded. In this case our refund system stop making refund to such user, because its not possible using for free.
Also user was warned 2 times that account will be blocked to his harassment and behaviour, but user doesn't stop do it, because seems user wants 100% refund after using. And after third time of such user behaviour, user account was blocked. Also as user showing screenshot from our refund rules, "If you cannot refund proxy for some reason contact support", and we gave you answer, that you have refunded too much and you are cheating with refund system.
Normally if user has some issue with market , he wrote to support and support check this. In this user case , he angry about that our refund system doesn't give him work for free in our market, this what can we see from his refund statistic.
Our market work for more than few years , and we are not interesting in scam users for 0.4$.
