you guys should extend the refund process on IPs. I always check my IPs throughout various IP sites, within 2 minutes I can find out if I can use an IP or not. But for example, I got an IP (Lease ID:CI5K-7499), and I checked the IP, it was bad - but I'm still charged for it. So if any data is ran on the IP, it'll no tbe refundable. So this is a problem.

Not sure why I stuck around with this company as long as I did. HORRIBLE provider. The IPS are EXTREMELY slow, half the time they don't work. Half the time they'll time out immediately and you can't request a refund. IF you google search 'blackhatworld bigmama proxy', you'll see shitlist threads. I'd avoid the company. I sent them a message several days ago, no response - using the service now, timing out (had to request 3 different ips which cost 0.70x3 usd). Its just a shitty service.
