Biggest Mistake in your IM Career

for me
jumping from idea to idea before profiting from the previous one
searching for secrets form gurus haha

Biggest mistake is watching too much xhamster before finishing my work . Hahahahaha

Biggest mistake in my IM career was getting into LR exchanging :|
That shit has cost me too much now.

Investing in profitclicking.com
wasting time with keygens nichen long time ago when I could get 10x more with niche that I'm actually working on...

1. Not being loyal to my bigger goals.

I started with IM and it actually worked nicely, wanted to scale up but then being a freelance programmer as well, got some big projects for good cash. Went ahead and did them (so far so good), but then got carried away with this type of 'immediate money per hour' mentality and neglected my bigger goals for a long time. It eats up your soul and then you end up starting from scratch (unless you want to be a per hour programmer for the rest of your life).

2. Spending too much time on little things/perfectionism (typical for programmers btw).

Back in the link spamming days. So got to know Sick Submitter inside and out. Got to know ZennoPoster inside and out. Got to know SeNuke inside and out. And so on. Takes too long, too much effort and time for too little gain.

3. Coming up with too intricate plans to achieve too little. Concentrate on the big stuff - building stuff that converts to money.

There's a lot more but these 3 poped to mind.

Biggest mistake - Not saving ANY money from when the times where good and literally throwing money away on pointless items (which I have now sold for a less than I bought them for)

My biggest downfall is suffering from severe procrastination. I just can't seem to get things done anymore. Maybe its my age, who knows. I know the moneys there to be earnt yet I sit here playing FIFA or starting on a site and not finishing it for months!

Same, buddy. Fuck this shit. Buy domains and not even bother to start working on it...

FUCK!!!

Using shared hosting on a site that got 250K hits a day. My host was not very happy about that lol
And joining a PTC site that made me pennies a day.

postpone today's work, read too much even tough already know what need to be done.
I guess I'll miss BHW for just awhile. and I mean it (I hope)

Relying too much on SEO. I made that mistake a year ago. Since then, I've diversified my traffic sources - no more penguin woes for me!

My biggest mistake: I have gotten and have been comfortable with the amount of money I'm making online.

Where's the mistake?: This in turn has kind of dimmed the flame I had in the beginning.

Finding this forum very late. Had I read at least some of the stuff written here 1-2 years ago, I would have done plenty of things differently, and would have advanced a lot more. Now as a correcting move trying to contribute as well with what I have learned / where I have gained experience by myself during all this time...

Shared few things with my friends, That was my ever made mistake :(

1. Bought a shared web hosting plan and after 1 month, the hosting company shut down and the owner ran away.

2. Not taking backups of my site.

3. This spot is still yet to be filled.

Well Nothing can be gained until specified time come for it! This is my personal experience. overr All I have done so much mistakes. Like early give up, wasting time, and thinking I am smarter than others. Thinks every work is easy!
