Cant believe i haven't learnt from my mistakes of trusting companies from india another £800 that wasn't even mine gone down the drain bloody hungry shit heads only out there to rip you off :(. Qtonix has to be the worst company i have ever come across with their lies and bullshit games. they put the real website developers out there to shame. thats it know more falling for their spam emails and them begging you to give them a chance to proof you wrong.

the shit part is you can't do nothing to them since they don't have the same law as UK.

these guys played me for a big fool and i cant believe i fallen for it. got them to design a website for me but the coding was so shit that some functions of the website kept breaking every few and i had to email theme every 2 to 3 days to resolve the issue. asked them to refund my money many times but kept begging to give them a chance to resolve it so i did but what they were doing was doing temporary fixes until the paypals 6 months complaints policy went by that way you can't put in any claim. i always thought indian's were great at website designs since most UK companys hire there work out to them, a week ago i asked them to fix the same issues they been fixing for months but instead of fixing they broke every and refused to refund the money. then have the guts to lie about the website working and that i broke it lol what a joke. i just have to wake up and give up on that money,

Just for the record I don't know one UK person or company who hire Indians to make / code a website. Just use WordPress next time it's free and incredibly easy to learn.

so Sorry op but you can create almost everything you want with wordpress, just find the right theme and plugins you can also get it super cheap from @Festinger
 
For the more complicated problems I've needed to solve in WordPress I either hire a dev on Codeable (for bigger problems) or Upwork. There is essentially escrow involved so if you don't get the job completed you won't be scammed out of your money.

Directly paying someone in India sounds like a recipe for constant disappointment.
