Biggest challenges in domain flipping today?

I dabbled in domain flipping some years ago, but got distracted and let it go. I recently got some new resources for premium domains for cheap, as well as some guidance on monetizing bots for domains/sites I'd like to sit on for a while.

My question is, what has been the biggest challenges in domain flipping nowadays, outside of the saturated selling markets?

I'm not looking to get rich, but I would like to create a full time income with this. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated, and good luck to you all!

the domain must be very clean and have very heigh stats.

trust factor score must be good.

the da must be high .

the backlinks must not be spam and quilty .

the domain old niche needs to be very popular .

the domain must be of a good age.

a .com is still priority but other exstention still get good cash.

the cost of a domain are calculated with all the stats and info above.

a new domain fresh ant worth shit unless it wanted for a company of that name , that still ant the domain what selling just the name .

First of all, there are two domain after markets: names and SEO. Both are very different like day and night. Both have their own criteria. Which one are you for?
