Big traffic, Engaged Audience, Need affiliate help

I have a niche site (fitness) and in the last 30 days have the below metrics while now growing all of these numbers 10% each day for the last 6 days. Just maintaining this audience and building traffic have been a bit tedious and I am having a hard time converting affiliates.

I am definitely half-assing it because I am tight on time by only putting banners on the site for fitness affiliates. My question to you is what are the best ways to convert affiliates for this niche? Is it reviews? Recommendations?

If anybody would want to do a JV by helping manage the affiliate side of content, I'd welcome someone with a proven track record. Otherwise, I would really appreciate any words of wisdom to help convert for this niche.

Regarding SEO: the site is very new so the pagerank isn't so hot (confitdent dot com). However, I ranked on the first page for Dark Knight Rises content and the users (as you can see below) stayed on the site and kept clicking to see more and read more.

The numbers didn't show because I copy and pasted, so here are more useful ones for July so far:

120k UVs
530k PVs
4 pages per visit
Over 2 minutes time on site
4.6% bounce rate

I got lost...fitness niche site ranking for Dark Knight Rises with 120k UV per month?!?! Something is strange here...can you give more details. How do you get the traffic 120k if the site is new? Is it junk traffic?

Sorry for the confusion. Yes, sir. Not junk traffic, I am just performing really well for a phrase that many haven't thought of. The huge spike came down a bit, but my new norm is 600% what it used to be.
