Big refund rate, is this normal? Im making 2.5k per month

Its all depend on the product what you are using to sell,if you are refund more then what is the logic behind selling?

Hey mate,

The solution of this problem is to promote the low refund rate products and it will be fine.

Hope this helps.

u need to analys three things
firstly which is very importnt is your product it needs to be checked compare it with other successful competitors and see what they are doing that you are not doing ,
secondly understand why the customers make the refund as to my understanding refund are done when a customer is unsatisfied
lastly how are u advertising yoour product are you promising your visitors anything they are not getting after buying the product eg if you selling a software be very specific about what it can do dont over advertise and say things the software does not do hope in an attempt to get people to buy

I'm sitting at around 11% for one product I promote and it's pulling $xxxx per week.

There is a few things to look at and this is what I'm doing to try and get it down.
I'm going over my content to see if I'm making any false promises.

I'm also looking at the demographic and what kind of people I'm targeting and trying to put myself in their shoes when they are going through the whole process - I think about the problem - think of keywords to search for solution - read my blog if it has answers - is the product I promote going to solve that problem..

If there are changes I can make I will make them to test...If not I look at the product I'm promoting. I will look at the sales page and the actual product itself..If you can't get a review copy from the vendor buy it..But when you buy it go through the whole process as if you are a real customer...

Is it right for the people I'm targeting and if not is there a better product. Search the marketplace for other products and go through the sales pitch to see what suits best. When you find one ask for review copy or buy it...Same process as before

Another thing to look at is - as the vendor for advice. What can you do to lower refund rate. Is the refund rate you have around the average for their product ect...

Even knowing I feel my refund rate of around 11% is high I'm definitely not complaining.

Many people have complained about sluggish sales on CB and all of them can't be wrong. What's going on at CB?

Look at the shit you are selling and ask yourself if you would want a refund. I quit bothering with click bank after I sold four things and three were refunded.

Lol - OP is selling defective fleshlights!
