Hello,

I made a PayPal account not too long ago and it has been limited, which it only has a few hundred in the account but the account is locked and needs an UK Identification ID to be uploaded, I cannot use my own as I thought I would create a fake name generator account and now I am stuck with the option to withdraw the funds as the account is limited.

I need for someone to be able to edit a UK ID and can have a percentage of the funds :)

I am not sure exactly what you were trying to do with PayPal in regards to using a fake persona but I had a similar situation where I had a persona, and the vendor I was trying to purchase from using PayPal was asking for the identification of the account holder. I was a bit shaken up about this as well and thought I had to do all that you are doing as well. However, once I submitted my info as the account holder because I was, in fact, the account holder there were no issues. In their eyes, I was a consultant doing business on the behalf of my client. If your situation is similar then you shouldn't have to go through trying to create fake id's and such just calm down and read what PP is actually asking for and you may find out that they just want you to verify that you are the account holder and that you are ok with this purchase.

Its a difficult situation, you would need the services of paypal solutions providers. There are a few different threads here, try them out.
 
The account I created I didn't want to use my personal info so I used a fake one.. I have funds in the account and it is locked/limited and needs UK Identification to get it unlimited.. I am still looking for someone to do this for me, please.

I have this account which has £2,354 in which I will provide some funds for the help ;)
 
Update: Passport UK or Driving Lienence UK image to be made,, anyone able to create?
