Hey.

What is the best method to make big Facebook Accounts with 5000 friends?
All friends from one Country

Good for you buddy. How you plan on doing that tho because that is extremely difficult this days.
 
Creat fb account. Start friend requesting. FB automatically suggest you some friend. Then it will be easy to creat friend of friend.
But don't send too many friend request in one day. It may cause you to get banned.
 
There are many different software with which you can make friends on your fb page from any region
