Yes I think if your living in the US it does. A lot of Cpa companies prohibit it for certain campaigns. However in Germany you are allowed to by law

Actually advertiser is not allowing to bid on certain terms.
Will they know what terms, i am targeting?

Do you direct the visitors directly to the offer, or do you lead them to your own website first?
If you send them from your own website, make sure you do not use the trademarks there. Your advertiser will look at the referrer and check it out. If it's just a PPC, for example adwords, I highly doubt they will be able to check it (they will just get as referrer Google)

Yeah, I am direct linking the offer. I doubt they might get referrer as keyword term. OR they can see the referrer as well as keyword from Google...?

if you are living in the UK it does too.... in my experience worst case scenario if they contact g00gle, g00gle will suspend your adwords account...
Google will NOT suspend anyone's account due to network's request. Thats bollox.
@ OP -- You can bid on keywords as long as you dont run in trouble with the Trademark owners. In worst case your network might ban you. I myself am managing campaigns where I am bidding on keywords like iPhone, WSJ etc.
It makes good money. You go down -- bring up another campaign and so on.
