I have just contacted him, I'm not looking for any recompense. I don't really see how something like that could be made right as you can't take an email back.
Like I said I probably wasn't going to name and shame, if I were to I would have done in the first post. I was more looking to get others' opinions and to chat about this type of thing.

His entire email copy was taken from my email sales copy, the only difference being the text of the link to his product and the name of his product. I didn't make this thread to promote my software which is why I did not post the sales copy.
If a mod would like to corroborate my "story" I would happily send it on to them for confirmation, even though it has been independently confirmed and the person named. If the person chooses to come here and deny any of what I am saying I will post it here.

I'm fine, certainly not losing sleep over it and to be honest I think I have been more than reasonable. I didn't out them at all, I contacted them independently and haven't asked for their head or reimbursing for them making money off of my work without my permission.
I really made the thread as a bit of a warning for any other people that might have the idea of stealing sales copy from a fellow member to not bother as it will bring heat. If nothing else it is lazy and unprofessional and apologising after the fact is pretty irrelevant to be honest.
About what is coming I would rather not mention and this sort of thing is exactly the reason why, there are actually a couple of different things I have in the works one of which no other competing product has. One of the big things coming up will make it easier for people to make money from the domains they find. Anyway, this isn't a promo thread for me or my software.
