BHW Policy on Reselling Services?

Hey I'm just curious about this at the moment, but does BHW have a policy about reselling each others stuff in the marketplace? I know of a couple people doing it and I wasn't really interested in telling everyone, but this guy's ignorance in his response to me actually has me thinking about doing just that, especially since it's in an area where I could see it causing a lot of issues for people working in certain areas.

Just report them even if BHW allows, it's not ethical. In my experience, I think right now there are ~10 sellers who are reselling other guys.

I tried it a few times, but all the time mods were asking for proof. It's really difficult to prove it, especially when all you got is same links but you can't tell which is which seller.

We cannot act on speculation so we need proof... provide proof and we are all about taking action.

If I recall correctly, this issue came up once before and I believe the general concensus was that it wasn't allowed. I suppose you can think about it like this: if members were allowed to resell another rmember's service, we'd just have shoddy sellers asking other Jr.VIPs to resell their services in the marketplace, leading to duplicate services. I know for sure that sellers already aren't allowed to have multiple BSTs for the exact same service, which is why this wouldn't be allowed, either.
