I think having literal black hats is a great idea. The minimum order for baseball caps starts at around 24, and they typically start at roughly $8 per hat at that quantity (not including setup and shipping). You can break even at normal prices with 24 people buying them at ~ $9.50 plus shipping.

If I can have one, I have a hookup for hats with either embroidery or heat transfer at $6.28 with free setup, plus shipping cost.
