I started working out and running in 2009 because I was trying to get into the Navy. I didn't get in, but I still exercise like a madman. I run Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, lift weights Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and I do high intensity sprints on Sunday. I also go for really long bike rides sometimes if I have time.
I eat mostly buffalo meat, turkey, seafood, oats, wholegrain bread, beans, and a lot of vegetables (with everything slathered up in a layer of Habenero Tabasco :mad2

My two biggest transgressions are drinking a lot on the weekends, and Chinese takeout.. Need to cut back on those.
I really should start a fitness blog; it would be so easy. I could just write about new exercises I tried, new equipment or gear, healthy food recipes, etc. I've spent a lot of time on BodyBuilding.com and other fitness forums, and some of the most popular blogs are just from some regular guy who probably doesn't even know what "SEO" stands for; he just writes tips and tricks about exercising and gets massive word-of-mouth referrals!
If you would refrain from setting yourself on fire, you could probably avoid dying!
