BHW Members, Do You Work Out?

At least people marketing health and fitness niche here will work out. I wasn't, but after I started as a VA for a fitness site, I started working out as I get time.

I started working out and running in 2009 because I was trying to get into the Navy. I didn't get in, but I still exercise like a madman. I run Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, lift weights Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and I do high intensity sprints on Sunday. I also go for really long bike rides sometimes if I have time.

I eat mostly buffalo meat, turkey, seafood, oats, wholegrain bread, beans, and a lot of vegetables (with everything slathered up in a layer of Habenero Tabasco :mad2:) My two biggest transgressions are drinking a lot on the weekends, and Chinese takeout.. Need to cut back on those.

I really should start a fitness blog; it would be so easy. I could just write about new exercises I tried, new equipment or gear, healthy food recipes, etc. I've spent a lot of time on BodyBuilding.com and other fitness forums, and some of the most popular blogs are just from some regular guy who probably doesn't even know what "SEO" stands for; he just writes tips and tricks about exercising and gets massive word-of-mouth referrals!

I am dying

If you would refrain from setting yourself on fire, you could probably avoid dying! ;)

Basket ball 5 times a week + regular gym when i have time to kill at my desk (push ups, indor bicycle and so on) I took the decision 4 months ago to go back at sport every day, ccl i lost 18Kg and i'm almost at my regular weight. (7Kg to substitute by muscles :))

Noon Meal : White meat + spinach

Evening Meal : Custom Salad with chicken and 2 yogurts, sometimes ice crean for my midnight hunger.

No more Sodas though, IM + Coca put me in a serious overweight

I hit the gym 4 days/week.

Im gonna start working out next week for the last 10 years...lol

i would work out if I wasn't so lazy. for now i will stick to workin my fingers on this keyboard

i am putting on some weight and need to start working-out soon.

Same here. I haven't had a proper gym session since March. Prior to that I was on a 6 month bulk where I ate as much as possible to try and put on some decent muscle. It worked, but then I gave in on the exercise but continued with the 'eat anything that moves' regime. Suffice to say I'm now of decent build but with a tummy like an upside-down wok.

gym 3-4 times a month and cycling 500-600 km every week

the only work out i do is with my fingures when am either playing some battlefield 3 or surfing bhw:D

Run and run, then run some more until some body part gives out. Great high!

P90X 6 days a week ftw. Eating clean and healthy has given me the biggest boost though. Never thought I could live without fast food but now i can barely keep that stuff down on my cheat days. I just gotta cut down on the coffee!!! 3 cups every morning & 1 in the evening can't be good :)

Yeah of course.. train hard at least 3 times a week weight lifting, at least once-twice a week also training with punching bag and sometimes bicycle. I think work out should be essential part of life for everyone who wants to feel good. And being in shape helps me to get girls a lot, so its also great motivation to never stop and train harder :)

I work out every day for 2hrs. Lost 11lbs in 2 months.

July weight 110lbs.
Now 99lbs.

My goal is 90-95lbs, should be there in 1-2 months.

Boy does hard work pay off!
