NYC and LA are appealing... I'll not go to Chicago in December because that is the coldest city in the world.
Chicago is my least favourite option also, I'll be there the least time. NYC or LA sounds good to me

Moreover, there is a growing event in december which is LeWeb and many companies throughout the world are coming there, there are tons of business angels too, what else ?
