Can I post a marketplace listing with a warning? I read that it won't let you if you have an infraction...is a warning the same thing?

To answer your question No you can't open up a market place ad if you have a warning.

A warning is the same as an infraction, yes.
His warning expires November 24, 2017 at 7:29 PM (Pacific Time).
Yes it's the same thing, check the date it runs out.
