If you are concerned it may not be a good fit for you as a buyer.
Trusted or non-trusted users are not permitted to be middlemen as that is currency exchanging and not allowed here.
Use escrow.com if you really need to be safe, or buy from someone who owns a company, not a Fiverr gig
- Legal entity in same country = protection of assets, so even less chance to get to any real money in the worst case
- Legal entity in another country = how will you sue(+ previous point)?
The issue is many reputable members here were banned in the past so as was said, pay with CC and you are good. (I do get your point but still risk to it)
In the end, it is the power of the CC issuer, not PayPal. Paypal can close/deny your dispute --> Go to your bank if PayPal just BS you for a dispute. Done in the past a few times, still have my Paypal account (and of course my money back when they said the other account has a neg balance etc)

Even if Paypal closes the case, the CC company can fix it. It has happened to me before.
I want to buy account from other bhw user. So I'm looking for potential protection in case if anything go wrong
