[BHW HELP] Creating a Site With Virtual Tokens/Coins

Hey BHW! Longtime lurker, but now I'm bringing my vision of a site to you hoping you can help me make technical sense of this.

My vision:
I want to create a site that allows members to bet against each other using tokens bought through the site. Once the bet is complete (and reviewed by my site) the winner will be awarded a payout (also in tokens). These tokens can be converted back into cash whenever a user wants.

I've tried researching different setups on how to do it myself, but there isn't much to what scripts I should use or wordpress plugin may be out there.

I have a background in basic website design and minor coding work. That said, I'd be willing to learn whatever is needed to complete this project/vision.

I cannot help with your question but just as an aside, in certain jurisdictions - acting as an agent between two betting parties will require you, yourself to have a gambling licence.

I beleive the UK is one of them. So check the laws of where ever you are.
