BHW has so much rules & regulations

I see BHW is maintained with so many rules & regulations + moderators working as cameras 24*7. Many times I think it's ok to list the thread as it is a blackhat platform but another time I found the same activity in the rules.

Although It's cool that they really maintain it for some donations(according to them).

honestly one of the reasion i prefer bhw from other forum. mod is active and response fast.
also blackhat term is changed in here. more on violating TOS,, not all those blackhat
