BHW has a serious problem!

I posted that I need to buy an AWS account and a guy said that he has one and contacted me
After talking for 20 minutes back and forth when I asked for proof he sent me a Google Ads account
I even asked him during our conversation if we are talking about the same thing because something seemed off..
I told him "That is a Google Ads account not an AWS account"
His answer was "Yes"
He also tried to collect my email probably to spam me with completely unrelated offers/services
What the fuck is happening ?
Are this people AI bots or something ?
Maybe @BassTrackerBoats can enlighten us? Also I am curious If I am allowed to open a dispute for wasting 20 minutes of my time and trying to sell me something that I don't want in the first place? Even if no transaction was done?
I mean I understand that some people don't speak English very well but in this case he was trying to sell me something completely different and unrelated.
I mean there is no way to confuse those two no matter what....

The way to handle that is to report it as there was no business transaction so no dispute can be opened.

Reporting that sort of activity helps us train those who operate that way.

How would you even fight against AI bots and how can you make sure that an account is 100% human without authentication?
I know you can use AI to fight against AI, but you will get real user casualties.
