anyway, 24 hours isn't enough to call anybody a scammer unless he promises instant delivery and even then you should wait at least a few days before you call anybody a scammer, shit happens, also take into account that yesterday (7th Sept) was a national holiday in the US (before that it was a Sunday), so if your service provider is from there, that can be an explanation right there

as others already pointed this out above, we have a shit list section where you can post these kind of claims, but i think your case won't stand there just yet, wait a few days, if you don't get anything, you can start a thread there with your proofs

this service already has a few bad reviews on BHW though

Yeah, not only it takes 4-5 days to get what you paid for, those days are still paid. Then comes the servers which when I tried them they were shit. GSA was running at 2-3 LPM with private proxies and my own list. I made a bigger investment and bought what I needed and got a decent VPS for them. I suggest to do the same.Also, I couldn't find any bad reviews because they send DMCA requests like the lowest of scums.Take care.
