well even CS would be illegal in US i think most countries wont do shit about it since if you ask someone maybe politician in here whats IM they don't know shit about it ;P and atleast in russia making CS illegal will take another 100 years lol
In my country (South America) there aren't laws regulating Net issues. Open jungle out here. Some techies try to behave like they live in USA. We only could be banned, not prosecute or something similar.

It isn't going anywhere. The number of people that try IM and fail is huge, the number that keep spending thousands of dollars on ebooks, scripts, programs, and coaching will be ever increasing. They will 10 people about the nightmare of IM and they won't try it, so the status quo will remain.
Plus, when the Indian market opens fully, then add the Chinese market in when it opens wide. 2,000,000,000+ people will eventually be there to sell to, teach, and stuff.

But will someday in near future that there will be a more strigent measure on CS, illegal redirecting, .....all other BH way of marketing?
I believe authorities there are not stupids but y there still so much loopholes in this area. Just a random tot came to my mind while I am stuffing Cs

I remember people saying that traffic equalizer pages wouldn't last. Well they didn't last, but it took about a YEAR before the last batch I put online stopped making me money. Ever since then I haven't been particularly worried when the next one came along to say that BH would not last or a scheme would be saturated too soon....

We see these type of "this is gonna die" threads all over the place. BH and even WH is gonna be around no matter what. Making money online and offline as well, is all about adapting. When the search engines change their rules, so do you. You have to adapt to whatever is going and use it to your advantage.
There's always a way to work around anything. All it takes is a little imagination and ACTION. If you just stop dead in your tracks whenever something changes, then your business is gonna die. Plain and simple.

I tried to sell a few domains (really good ones actually) to a relatively big company a few weeks ago, and their Director of Communications contacted me. He told me they are scaling back their web presence because their research indicates the World Wide Web only has a few years left. And this is a software/hardware company developing a whole new computer operating environment (forget the mouse and keyboard).
That sounded strange to me. I think he and their research department were on crack, or then he was just playing around, coz the WWW is barely at it's infancy. Or so I hope. Horror stories ...

Ha ha ha. That's what they thought when they banned drugs...drugs will be gone soon. And gee that's working well. The methods constantly change but the will is always there (BH that is, not drugs lol)

In Sweden we had an minister who didn't want the goverment to fund the national Internet Infrastructure back in the mid 90'th cause she was certain that it was an overgoing thing
Guys... Why even bother?
Your great grandchildren will most likely be using Internet too. It's here to stay and everybody knows that and as long as there's an Internet, there's ways to make money and as long as one can make money on this shit there will be BH. Sure... Things changes every day. What works today won't neccessary work tomorrow but there will be new techniques for BH. And maybe even better... The most awesome BH stuff is still to come. Just wait and see what the future brings
