since he closed his thread

and all the emails are down again

just letting any users know to check their sites

all mine are currently down again.

I almost bought that service...so many bad reports since he opened I am so glad I did not!

well its turning out to be the most expensive hosting I've ever had.

cost me $300 in earnings based on my average days

and its been only 2 weeks.

I did get a PM from ExtraWinner saying he is under DDOS attack
and he would complete transfers to netherlands tomorrow

so lets see if this is done or not.

I have been promised by Extrawinner by PM

that this situation would be resolved in 24 hours or my money back

I'm slightly dissapointed because that is what I was told yesterday - but I am prepared to provide this one final opportunity for him to correct these events.

*ouch* The problems seem to be going on for a while now.

WTF Iseegreen. I told you - if you dont like it I am first to push return button.

You know this is happening not because of my fault, by DCs fault.

You are being not fair here and really not professional.

I am really happy to refund you money and give back up back to you.

To make things clear ALL my clients expect 3 got new VPS servers.
I said I will move you as soon as this will get sorted.

I think there is no reason for us to continue this, and I will gladly send refund.
Please let me know what is your PP address.

Thats amazing how immature you are at the moment.

I just want my sites online

what is so hard to figure about that ?? been down almost 36 hours now for the 3rd time.

theres no point refunding my money - because I need the data on the servers

and as soon as they come up - you should be transferring me to a VPS that you have been promising to do for a week.... so its pointless to do anything other than be working to resolve this situation.

I think its simple to see where I am coming from - I am losing more money.

thanks

I think we shouldnt continue this anyways.

You are opening back stabbing thread, now still think I will give you free upgrade and move to new server.

I offered you FREE move to any DC at my expense for whatever this would cost, I was trying to resolve this for you and I was spending money to help you and other customers out.

It is not that I am mad here. I am really sad, that there is no understanding in you at all.

We should finish this relationship immediately - dont worry, you will get your backup back. At least I can focus on other customers that are happy with how I resolve this situation.

EW

Well, he said his hosting can handle 10gbit/s, so anything more would overload it. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a welcome gift from his competitors.

Its not that Paincake, the whole DC is joke. I am under 200-300Mbps constant DDOS, DC is saying they are protecting me blaming OS problems (WTF), hardware problems (WTF2) or simply ignoring my tickets for 2-3 days.

Everybody seems to have understand that and I think they are happy with new servers they have got. But setting up 15 servers is not something you do in 1 day, that is why there are still 3 customers waiting for servers...

you have to be kidding right ?

I have no way to contact you - all emails are down and you closed your thread

how else am I supposed to contact you ? other than to open a thread and also let other users know whats going on.

as I have discussed with you Im waiting to be transferred to the Netherlands as we have agreed.

By the way, do you know about low bandwith http dos attacks? I'm just asking because I'm curious as to how often they happen. It seems to me that a lot of people/hosting are oblivious to them until they actually happen. I once took down an apache server running on a machine with amazing specs and 2x100mbit connection, just by running such an attack from a crappy machine with 2mbit connection.

they send a type of packet that confuses the machine because the packet is "lying" about it's contents. Usually most datacenters have protection and filtering against these type of attacks, and then again a handful don't.

You are serious??

WE HAVE EXCHANGED LIKE 8 PMS TODAY.

How can you say you cant contact me?
I am on BHW 6 hours a day minimum and you say you cant contact me?

That is why I am so surprised, because I was always answering your PMs.

Thing you don't understand is that I am only reseller. I am reselling services and providing customer service and unique BH allowance thanks to that.

I don't have way to access my server. As you know my websites are down as well.

I have one question, and please answer it. Why the hell you opened this thread if I was in touch with you and you knew what is going on? Did I fail you somehow? Did I avoid you? Where was I so bad, so you needed to open new thread, say you couldn't contact me (what was not true) and try to mess with my well established reputation?

Man that sucks Big Time. I am really disappointed in all of this as I thought I did pretty good job with resolving this issue...

I have protection on this server and this should be easily recognized.
My DC is specializing in DDOS attacks of all kinds... At least I was told that...

"I have one question, and please answer it. Why the hell you opened this thread"

1. I had no way to know you would reply to PM - as I opened a thread and sent PM"s at same time - because I was pissed off with my sites still down... for the 3rd time.

2. Over the last week I had received many promises - and had made requests to be moved to the Netherlands server - but nothing had been done to make this happen...... not only that but I purchased the first plan from your thread - so I would expect to be one of the first people to have this done.

3. I am not the only user of your services - so everyone who had this problem could have a place to communicate and know whats going on.

I certainly do not think any of the above is unreasonable.
