Do you think you know crazy? Well, so did I...
There's this weird family in our building who believes that they know the secrets of law. They placed "judgments" in our mailbox that have signed stamps on them. The writing is head-hurting gibberish with random colons and hyphens.
Apparently... my family has a "judgment" of $10 million dollars for trespassing because my cat chases their cats out our patio area. It said, "As captains of your vessel(s): you-are-negligent: of trespass: dewarrented aggression: by-association: against the free individuals: occasionally referred to by: The-H___-Family. The remedy maker has ruled: to be: no lesser: than $10 million. Without: prompt payment: Action will be enjoined: to the :highest frequency: of the law: and conscious: natural will of the: freemen: the travelers: of this case"
Many other neighbors have told me this sort of thing has happened to them as well. The good news is the dad of the family is in county jail for contempt of court for refusing to rise for the judge.
My avatar is perfect as they are 2 spooky 4 me. I am no expert of the law myself, but it seems they have entered a very dangerous grey legal area.
