BEWARE: Paypal Holding Ebay Funds

I have an Ebay account with 31 positive feed backs with all stars. I got a negative feedback from a complete arsehole who claimed I never mailed the product, which I did. The feedback was left without an official case complaint to Ebay either.

So I sold an item last night for $100 and went to Paypal to send the funds to my bank and I'm told my money won't be released until after the buyer receives the item and has time to review it? Which then funds would be available UP TO 21 DAYS???

Are they kidding me?

Anyone else have this issue?

Yes, I have had similar dealings with Paypal/Ebay transactions. Total BS. Hence the reason I no longer sell on Ebay.

do you have tracking information to prove that the buyer has received the product?

yeah, if you have any bad feedback or disputes they start the 21 day hold thing for a while again. it will go away after a few more transactions though.

No, I put up like 50 cd's and there was a huge line in the post office so I just wanted to get through quickly.

I understand shit gets lost in the mail everyday but the buyer could have emailed me first before the feed back.

The other thing, if the buyer really didn't receive the item, how come no official Ebay complaint?

I hear from another forum that PP and Ebay are getting stricter again with sellers because of the holiday season that is coming up. They are calling people as well, so keep your heads up!
