So I placed an order on 2/13. After I paid paypal, there was no redirect back to their page. It was just on paypal page. In my inbox was just an email from paypal. I was waiting for an email from them to provide a link to download the software. After 8 hours the only communication I saw was to send an responded to paypal, not knowing it opens a dispute with paypal. They responded with a link to download the software. I guess that also pissed them off. I tried everyday to activate it and wait the next day to no avail. I've emailed them too and never got any responses.
Even if they are pissed off at me, at least return my money. For them to ignore me and take my money is just shady.
I have 4 copies, yes 4, of Scrapebox and my first purchase with them was a good 5 years ago.
Granted I have never gotten an immediate response from support, nor for activation, but I have always received a response.
I think you jumped the gun, OP, plain and simple.
Now, you may not be aware that they are a reputable company, I certainly was not when I first purchased, but impatience is costing you and them in this instance.
67.00 or so is not going to break them, and I doubt it will break you. You'll get a refund in all probability but you would be much better off with the software as it is a decent product.
Me, I'd send them an email explaining the situation, apologizing for being impatient and try and get things squared away in a businesslike manner as it will only benefit all parties involved.
That may be a little ego slap but a little ego slap would not hurt anyone of us I am sure.
