This guy PM'd me, saying he could do Amazon reviews for me and provided his telegram information. Don't know if I'm allowed to share PMs from this site.

Anyways first red flag was that he provided me 2 telegram accounts and one of them wasn't working.

Second red flag, he then proceeds to send me another TG account by the name of "Nicki Fletcher", that has profile pictures of Japanese women.

Third red flag was that he didn't really negotiate, he just accepted my initial offer without knowing much details of what I was looking for.

Fourth red flag, he gives me his PayPal account where he goes under the name "Charles Enrick Cajan".

To which I pay him and then he immediately deletes our chat and his telegram account.

Anyways, I contacted PayPal and they ruled in my favor, saying that they will also be looking into his account.

It was $31 that I got back, so it wasn't a lot of money, but it's the principle as well as a learning experience for me.

Just making a post to beware of this guy and not fall for his scam since he claims to offer all different types of services (this is his paypal URL: https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/websitedesigns48)

after being here 16 years - i kinda have no sympathy for buying products
from members who are not bhw sellers.

had members bothered to read the rules they should no members with
YELLOW NAMES can not sell on bhw only BLUE/PINK names can sell

so if you choose to buy from some 1 who shouldnt be selling to begin
with, thats your own fault for not doing diligence . sorry
thats why bhw has rules explaining this.

sorry for your 30$ loss - but yellow name members are not bhw sellers
and you shouldnt be buying from UNPROVED SELLERS in yellow

Considering how notoriously Paypal robs it's users nowadays, you are quite lucky to get that amount back from Paypal, CONSIDERING that it is a virtual digital non-physical product. But, why so ? Because, NOWADAYS, in the case of any virtual digital non-physical product(s), if a buyer raises a dispute (or chargeback) with Paypal, then Paypal will rob BOTH the seller AND the buyer. Paypal will simply say to the buyer that the buyer bought a product or service that violates Paypal's T&Cs, but Paypal will try it's best to recover the amount from the seller and even if Paypal does recover the amount from the seller, Paypal will not return that amount to the buyer, Paypal will rob that money. So, considering that it is a virtual digital non-physical product, you are quite lucky that Paypal did not rob you. However, do remember that NOWADAYS, using Paypal is the same as gambling, even if you are using Paypal to buy any product(s) or service(s).
