Beware for random @ss holes

Beware for random @ssholes, Someone with the same kind of vid as me gave ME unwanted traffic.. My adsense account has now been banned for 30days QQ , and most of the views even the legit ones are removed, Video bumped back to page 3 .. So what to do now. keep uploading vids weekly or wait till I can monetize it back in 30days?
