guys can someone clear this long discussion for me

#1 for the trade mark rules if we promote for example vacuum cleaner and we decided to register this domain "shark-vacuum-cleaner*com" is this breaking the rules?

#2 for the affiliate link problem i planning to use php redirect and pretty link for example
this link--- mywebsite*com/anyword (this pretty link plugin code)
redirect to --mywebsite*com/recommend/product1 (this the famous php redirect code)
and the last link redirect to my affiliate link
is there any problems in these affiliate links and if so, then we have to use the original affiliate link from amazon?

Why would you need to cloak or redirect affiliate links? I thought Google was fine with affiliate links as long as you put a "no-follow" tag on the link?

That's the point we are bringing more traffic to them and they are becoming more powerful and more restricted.

The story is always the same... the big company got big because of us and they got big enough to make the rules. Solution BHW outlet merchandise portal?
 
i am using cpa redirector to hide my real source of traffic. so far my account is still up. been doing this since early this year. income is still going up.
 
I'm a bit confused about all this. If this is a stupid question please forgive me. My site has links back to Amazon via images that are clicked on along with text. People only realize they are heading to amazon once they click on either link. Is this breaking the rules or am I misunderstanding this new rule?

Does this mean that you cannot 301 your Affiliate links with plugins like Pretty Links Lite? I am sure they do not strip the referrer.

Does someone can post if this is the case? We can't use clocked links anymore? Or we can use them if we have a disclaimer in our page?
