Hi.
Was browsing fb. and again i saw one specific sponsored ad. It was a guy holding 25k bet check. He claims that he won that etc. On his page he has a few of them.

Now, i decided to ask him whats up, what hes doin?

He replied.

He has a match for tommorow. Match is ht/ft (half time/fulltime) Bet odds are 5 and 30. Match is 100% safe he claims.
He says, i put 300euros bet, when i win, send him 300euros back and thats all.

So the main question is, whats happening? Whats the system of this? (btw hes not the first one i saw)
Is anyone familiar with this?

I know the scam. Guys place all the possible bets for one game. Not a lot of combinations. Then they post all the tickets one by one but don't make them public. As soon as the match is finished, they then make public just the winning ticket. That way, the ticket will have a date prior to the match beginning and all of the lost tickets won't be sown. Don't fall for that. He gambles your money. If you win, you give him a cut, if not, he won't lose anything but you will..

And the other guy that contacted him he gave the opposite.

Do you plan to make consistent gains with betting? Close to impossible.

My personal longterm tip for you:

Learn how to trade. Learn how to manage your Portfolio correctly. Learn what exact Risk To Reward Ratio you want to use.

Dont be greedy and have patience.

I have seen this scam with stock market tips too. They will send half their e-mail list a tip saying X stock will go up, and the other half of their e-mail list a tip saying X stock will go down. They will send a few tips, each time splitting the list in half and removing the part of the list that was given the false tip. After confidence has been established, they will pump up a useless penny stock.

There was a guy on FB a couple of years back doing the correct score 'fixed match' who did exactly this. He placed bets on 2-1, 3-1 etc and these were £100 bets and the odds were 20/1 and better. People were blinded by the 'winning ticket' being shown showing a £2500 win for £100, as an example.

So yes he was placing say 8 different bets at £100 and when his score came in he won £2000 minimum.
What is also worth keeping in mind is he was possibly also laying his bets in running on an exchange too.

There was a tv show with Derren Brown who highlighted this with horse racing;

It's quite clever, and can better be used to gain trust to later on sell dog shit.

Still rather immoral though.

It's a common scam, don't know why FB allows that type of shiet. You sell two different results of the match with two possible outcomes to two different people. The losing person gets blocked, the other one is super happy and ready to pay for more "insides" from you.
