Yes, thank you for reporting this. The Restorizor.zip file is actually for Macs. I updated the download link for Windows to the .exe.

Thanks for the software, it will come handy when we tried to rebuild the same website that has expired, One question. Can this software convert the downloaded site to WordPress?

This current version doesn’t have the ability to convert to WP, a future version that does this is in the works.
