Hello BHW,

We, the https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/escrow-zenland-decentralized-escrow-smart-contracts-escrow-anything-you-want-1-75-and-lower-fee.1466338/, invite you all to participate in beta testing our new https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/escrow-zenland-decentralized-escrow-smart-contracts-escrow-anything-you-want-1-75-and-lower-fee.1466338/post-17140917 feature that we recently released.

We are launching a four-week beta testing campaign, during which we require 5 users each week. This means we have a total of only 20 spots available for participation.

What will you test?

You will test the role of the agent (arbitrator) in a disputed escrow contract.

You will need to go through the contract details and the chat log to collect evidence and arbitrate the dispute. You can message the buyer or seller for additional information if needed.

*testers will be provided with the funds necessary to cover the gas fees associated with the agent actions.

Reward

Due to the complex steps involved in testing our system, we offer a small reward to partially compensate for your time and effort. The reward ($15) will be paid in BTC, LTC, or ZENF after the participants have completed testing.

How to apply?

If interested, post "I'm interested" in this thread with your wallet address for payment. BTC address for BTC, LTC address for LTC, and ETH address for ZENF.

*if you choose ZENF, also specify the chain you want. ZENF is available on Ethereum or Binance.

How does the testing process work? (steps to do if you are accepted)

Step 1
. Log in to https://app.zen.land/using a new Metamask address* and post the address on this thread.
Step 2. Wait before we assign you as an agent and invite you to a disputed escrow contract. You'll receive a PM when you're invited.
Step 3. Go back to the Zenland App, and find the contract you’re invited to. Proceed to collecting evidence and arbitrating the case.
Step 4. Come back to this thread and post your feedback on your experience.

*using a new Metamask address is highly recommended because addresses used in the campaign will be blocked on Zenland and cannot be used in the future.

Tips for arbitrating a case

1. Review the contract details thoroughly. Look for inconsistencies in the contract creation date, due date, and buyer protection time.
2. Inspect the chat between the buyer and seller. Sometimes it is easy to catch unfairness by how people construct what they say.
3. Pay attention to the sequence of events in the contract log. Unfairness might be evident if the buyer's actions seem rushed or if the seller delays crucial steps without valid reasons.
4. Study the reputation data of both parties involved which you can find on their profile page.
5. If necessary, communicate with the buyer or seller through the contract chat page to gather extra evidence. Uncooperative behavior, aggression, or refusal to provide essential information could hint at unfairness or victimization.
6. Make your arbitration decision by considering the actions and evidence. Aim for a fair split* that reflects the level of wrongdoing or compliance with the contract terms by each party.

*depending on the effort put in and the time spent to arbitrate the case, agents can set their https://docs.zen.land/contract-actions/invite-an-agent of the contract price, a.i. the agreed amount.

Special notice to testers

Zenland supports 4 major EVM-compatible networks. Since we want to beta-test them all, testers will be randomly selected for different networks.

Make your feedback detailed and on point. Express an original opinion, not based on other reports. Screenshots are appreciated if you encounter a technical bug.

There is no fixed turnaround time for running and submitting your reports, however, we expect it to be done within 5 days after we have accepted your application.

We reserve the right to selectively choose participants for our beta testing program. Please note that if your application is not accepted, we will not provide individual explanations for our decision.
I know I am pretty late but please consider and give me a slot.

I promise to deliver as expected.

Kind regards,

Jude

I easily logged in to the zenland app and using the address I had provided I was able to see the disputed case I was assigned. I had to switch from ethereum to Binance smart chain network where this contract was executed.
The details of the case and the contract were clear and easy to navigate around.
I reviewed the chat logs between the buyer and the seller.
The buyer had requested keywords to use for their new blog.
The buyer was unsatisfied with the quality of keywords provided by the seller.
I analyzed the keywords and solved the case in favor of the buyer as the keywords provided were indeed not low competitive keywords that could perform well for a new blog.
The agent's handbook came in handy and was helpful to me as I reviewed the case.

@Zenland just wanted to ask, in my case of the contract how is the escrow agents fees supposed to be paid out if the cost of something is defined? Do we get the 1%-3% of this amount from what's to go to the seller or buyer if there is a dispute and goes in there favor??

@Dmaxxy and @Judechy are accepted for this week. Please check your DMs for instructions on how to proceed further with the test.

The campaign will not end this week, we will need more testers before launch to minimize the possibility of having pitfalls when we start accepting real agents.

So, feel free to apply for the next week's quotas now.

I logged in to Zenland using this wallet address 0x669befb7ad0864de209c40a6bc6f6e99c8a0d167. Waiting for the next step.

The agent fee is deducted from the total contract amount. Then the remaining amount gets split between the buyer and seller or goes to one of them.

You can find more information about agent fee here - https://docs.zen.land/fundamentals/custom-agent

The next test escrow contracts of this week has been created on Polygon and @Dmaxxy has been invited to it as an escrow agent.

Dispute Resolution Report
Involved Parties:

- First Party: A seller who providing guest post services to a customer.
- Second Party: A customer who did not receive the promised guest post.
Issue: The second party reported non-receipt of services as agreed upon with the first party. The first party was alleged to have not delivered the guest post and ignored subsequent communications from the second party.
Investigation: Upon being tasked with resolving this dispute, I reviewed the communication history between the two parties. The examination of the chat logs confirmed that the first party had indeed failed to fulfill the delivery of the guest post as per the agreement and had not responded to the inquiries and concerns raised by the second party.
Resolution: Based on the evidence gathered during the investigation, and in the absence of any counter-evidence or justification from the first party, I determined that the appropriate course of action was to issue a refund to the second party. Consequently, the contract money was refunded to the buyer, and the contract was officially closed.
Conclusion: The resolution was made in favor of the second party, with the primary aim of upholding the terms of the agreement and ensuring fairness in business transactions. This decision underscores the importance of clear communication and adherence to agreed-upon deliverables in professional engagements.

Zenland is a very minimally designed escrow system that is capable of transforming the entire transaction escrow system. I have a small suggestion: if you could add a mention option to the chat, that would be great. Even without it, Zenland is still an exceptional escrow system!

We're approaching the culmination of our beta testing campaign for the Custom Agent Feature on BlackHatWorld, with a few spots still open to test the custom escrow agents feature.

This is your chance to join our beta testing group and experience the latest advancements first-hand.

As we prepare for a full launch on the forum, our beta testing phase is nearing its end. Don't miss this opportunity to be part of something groundbreaking!
