[BETA TESTERS WANTED] Proof notifications web service

Hey guys!

We have developed cloud based web service that should easily increase conversion on your website by adding only 1 line of code. After that we will show verified information about recent sign up and sales activity on your website. People trust our notifications and as result - they trust your site!

What we have made:
1. Not bad landing page design and programming. Adaptive design.
2. Video instructions How to Start. Displayed after signing in.
3. Promotion video about our service - you can find it on our landing page.
4. Affiliate program
5. Good prices on this market.
6. Free 7-day trial.
7. Auto emails after signing in, not started to work, not added account and etc...

As I thought that will be enough to get first customers into service. But, we have gained a lot of traffic from Adwords and Facebook ads and we have got about 200 sign ups, but no one have not started to use our service.
They do not even add a domain (first step to start).

I really don't know why and want to ask you to help me.
Please, write me back all issues you have got in work with our service.

If you have any suggestions - will be glad to make them ASAP.

We have WP plugin. I think you can try to use it. (As I understand you right - you have wordpress based website?).

It is based on credits because we have several packages and monthly subscription.

I don't wish to get in a free review - but the problems are your emails.

Check if they are landing in your clients' inbox or promotional/updates section.

Work on your onboarding process. Therein lies the key to a successful product.

Let them start with the domain - show them a little preview on how the notifications will look on their website.

Finally, email segmentation is important. There are a ton of conditional elements involved and your email strategy should change as per the action performed.

I am showing a base segment for a user that signs up and doesn't perform any action.

Company Based "tutoring" mails don't work. Forge a personal connect with your members - even if the "personal connect email" is handled by a team, it should be representative of one member.

Email -
Day 1 - on Sign up.
Send a personalised email from a First Name Last Name - welcoming them to the service immediately on signing up.

Hey John,

Thank you for signing up to our services.

I am, <your intro> and I will be your personal concierge at <company>

If you're stuck at any point, simply reply to this email and I'll help you resolve your queries.

To get started, simply click here and complete your website's integration. If you're a Wordpress user, you can make use of our plugin here <link>.

Thanks to all for your reviews and advices.
Unfortunately only half of users did started to test. Thanks for your test.

What we have done:
1. Have developed changes in First Screen of landing page. We have added there more graphical info about our offer. Now we are programming it.
2. We have changed Welcome page in the dashboard. We have added this text:

4. We have re-checked all emails, added more email notifications and I think we will follow @BlogPro advices and change them on Personalized.
