Is this still available? How do you determine the keyword difficulty? We've done plenty of ranking on Amazon using keyword stuffed links for product purchase. This works. We've also experimented with having people click through Smart URLs to add to cart and not purchase. This does not work to increase rank, unless something changed within the last couple years.
