Thanks for the interest guys! You are very welcome to sign up for a free account on the site and try it out for as long as you like. There are, however, no paid account beta tester spots left I'm afraid. I may open a few of those spots next week, but I can't promise anything. The free plan should be more than enough to judge the service though, it's just limited in terms of how many websites and keywords you can add.

It's been two weeks of 12-hour work days but SiteCommander Beta 3 is finally live!
This will be the last beta version before the final release, which is hopefully only about a week away depending on feedback from beta testers.
Here are just a few of the dozens of upgrades, tweaks, new features & bug squashes:
RANK TRACKING
- Improved UI, better overview, gorgeous tables
- Optional email alerts when keywords make big moves
- Reports generator and live sharing via viewkey for those of you with SEO clients
WEBSITES
- Automatic tracking of domain data, IP and PageSpeed (via Google)
- Added ability to upload and store site-related files
- Hosting accounts can now have several IPs
TIME & EXPENSE TRACKING
- Replaced the old, clunky 'Finance' section with an easy-to-use time & expense tracker
- Track time spent on your sites (or your clients' sites for easy billing later)
- Track major expenses and correlate them with keyword rankings
- Generate reports for your clients
+ MUCH MUCH MORE!
I will take a couple of days to gather feedback from current beta testers, and if I'm not getting enough I will reach out to those of you who have requested it. Anyone else is very welcome to apply here or through PM and I'll take it into consideration.

Also forgot to say that anyone who's curious can sign up for a free account without becoming a beta tester. Registrations are open. You only need to apply for beta testing if you're looking for a free paid plan...

Been inputting and putting the expense tracker to use a lot this week. Very cool feature. It's nice to see how much you are spending monthly per site.
And, I really like the rank tracker; I just upgraded to a standard plan so I could add more keywords.
Keep everyone posted as I use it more.

Sent you a PM about this - integration with other services is on the wishlist for the future but I haven't really thought about it much yet.

Update:
Beta 3 is chugging along without any major issues, and we're on schedule for the final release version next week!
The final release will have a feature many of you have requested: the ability to work with a team.
With a SiteCommander account you'll be able to add team members (user accounts) and:
- Assign todos to them
- Share notes and files with them
- Have them report time spent and expenses
- Keep track of when they last worked
Team members will only have access to their own stuff, expect for notes and files which are shared with all team members on that site. They won't see each others (or yours) todos, they won't see your keywords (unless you want them to) or any other sensitive details. You choose which sites you want each team members to have access to.
If anyone has any more specific requests about the teamwork features, don't be afraid to speak up! Otherwise I'll post back here when the final release is ready.

What do you mean by 'usergroups'? Sites are placed in groups, yes, if that's what you mean
No more beta accounts available I'm afraid, we're looking at a final release by the end of the week. You should definitely go and sign up for a free account though, it has all the features but limited in the # of sites/keywords you can have.
