What’s the best website builder that’s newbie friendly and not complicated? I wanna build a website that’s centred around a musician (me). So please give me some recommendations!

Hi, ive built a few using wordpress and the elementor plugin. Theres loads of YouTube vids showing how to use Elementor.

WordPress CMS is the best and easiest website builder. As a beginner, you can easily manage your website without coding knowledge.

Elementor is not user friendly lol. You need to know a bit before you dive into elementor.

For the OP, it really depends what you're building. Im actually looking into a few right now. And have been for the past 2 years. For people that don't develop, Wordpress will probably be your best bet + a template. Template come with their own issues and a lot of the time they are bulky.

Divi by far is the easiest WP theme/website builder on the web. They've also improved the bulkiness and its faster than Elementor out the gate. Just go compare the templates in Page Speed Insights. I know someone that runs a lead gen business and only uses Divi. He has no issues ranking.

Now the easiest and fastest to rank are hand coded websites. The cleaner the code, the quicker the load, and that holds a lot of weight in Google currently. Not as much as it was 6 months ago, but it's still a big signal.

I would say build this first site on Divi and learn some coding in between. Learning coding is the way to go, and admittedly something I've put on the back burner and haven't done myself.

I dont use elementor I just use CSS or JS to customize my site its faster........way faster just need a lot of effort though

For me, it's WP. I'd no idea about creating websites and created the first one in 3 days.

Even though I consider it the best builder today, I totally agree. CSS knowledge is required to make it perfect.

The cool thing about elementor and custom css is they have made it very easy to implement at least. Traditional css requires you to know the html selector in order to style the particular element. In elementor you do not need to know what that is first. You can just type selector and write your css. Saves a ton of time!

I don't see anyone mention it here. Try Webflow.

The best website builders are Wix, Squarespace, and WordPress due to their ease of use, design flexibility, and robust features.

I rebuilt my homepage with Wordpress and Elementor, it killed my sites loading time (lost about 30%) despite reading various articles about speeding it up.

I then joined Festingers Vault to try various builders including Oxygen, Astra etc but needed many extra plugins on top to get the desired effect which caused the slow down.

While looking, I came across Botiga Pro which is one of the lightest themes with extras added to it such as being able to deactivate features you are not using. I only needed to add the Gutentor plugin to get one effect I needed.

Their support has been fantastic and fast, the only real problem is, JetPack Boost buggers up the CSS and antother JetPack plugin which tells you image sizes makes menus unclickable but there are plemty of other options out there.
