Worth mentioning that some of those are Nof0llow. It's been shown time and again that Google do follow n0f0llow links, they just don't transfer PR - and I couldn't care a less about PR
Also some are very particular about what content they accept, and are "ban happy" with anything they consider spam.
Link to the wrong sites, put up too much crap - etc, and many of these sites will ban your account. Take it easy early on. Start with readable content with no links.

As usual the first battle in WEB2 isn't with Google, it's with the site owners.

What's your thoughts on the best monetizable, revenue sharing web 2.0s? My top 5:

1) Infobarrel: Fast indexing, decent DA, lenient ToS
2) Whizzely: Same as above
3) Seekyt: Good support, lenient on contextual links
4) Hubpages: Great DA, but annoyingly strict
5) Squidoo: Used to be my favorite. Now their terms are so damn confusing that I'm not sure what it takes for a page to remain hosted by them. I've had great lenses de-indexed and I see crap ones still indexed all the time.
