Best Web Based Twitter Management Software

I have been researching trying to find a web based twitter software that I can update and automate the managing of my twitter accounts. I have yet to find anything that stands out among the crowd. I need to have it web based so I can access it where ever I go. The best one I have found is tweetbig(dot)com but I am not completely sold. Does anyone in BHW have any ideas?

I have a free account it is that much of a difference? It almost seems like you have to get both socialoomph and followback to get a complete product.
