in my experience i did not find any good web 2.0 poster till now.You have to adjust with present ones like senuke x and magic submitter.They dont have good success rate.
The issues with getting stuff published is the number of hurdles coupled with the outright laziness of many spammers.
Often it has nothing to do with the tool that a post or account gets rejected.
- Title text wrong
- Category wrong
- No tags or inappropriate tags
- Author profile mis-match (Phone code and Zip/Post code or similar do not match)
- Too many words
- Too few words
- Profanity in the text
- Posting to quickly (suspected as bot)
- Banned proxy or IP
- Use of free email account (many sites now do not allow sign up free email accounts like Yahoo and Gmail)
- Too many posts in one day
- Content fails auto plagirism check
- Account set up requires human moderation (up to 6 week delay before getting account)
- All content requires human moderation (requires up to 6 week delay before publshing)
- Illegal characters in text ( spintax stuff or similar)
- Badly formatted content (no paragraphs, control characters left in, HTML tags for bold, italics on sites that do not allow it. Some dont)
- Links in banned areas (user profile, first paragraph,other)
- Too many outbound links
- Attempt to force d0follow
- Subject matter considered as SPAM (some sites now refuse new content /accounts/blogs on stuff like weight loss, Warcraft, money lending, dog training etc)
- Captcha service failed to solve correctly
- Target site is temporarily 404 (happens more often than you think)
There are more.
I've BOLDED those that occur the most frequently when people try to post to my hosted WEB2.0 or article sites.
I run a plagirism checker that alone throws 60% of what I receive straight out the window automatically. I never even see it.
You also can't make accounts on my sites with free email adresses without contacting me first (only CPanel are accepted).
If no category is selected, again it's thrown out, if a category is selected but it the spam checker thinks it's a con (say "Golf " is the category, but post is all about saving, auto, weight loss or whatever) it's held for human moderation.
I should interject here about my (and just about every other website owners approach) to reciepts that are identified as potential spam.
My moderation method tends to be a two stage approach.

In order I...;
1) Select all suspected spam
2) Press delete
As for the list of criteria above? No site I know of has all the above, but many WEB2, article WIKI bookmark and other DO IMPLEMENT A SUBSET OF THE ABOVE.
So the tool can work perfectly, but if your content doesn't meet the criteria, if you haven't set it up right, if your proxies are burnt out or your captcha service bad, if you post too much, or too little or too quickly or from the wrong type of email addy or........ then it will fail.
I could run two 1st tier comapign types using Ultimate Demon with WEB2.0 alone.
Big and low powered
80-100 spoke WEB2.0's with many low PR
Smaller and more powerful
20+ with d0follow and an average PR of 3 or 4 (some 7,8 or 9)
It'ss pretty easy with Ultimate Demon and a good list.
Of course I follow my own advice and my first tier linking structures (the big ones).
Once I abandon the dated Idea of only using WEB2 sites for a first tier the power of this really opens up. I might create an inner ring with 80-100 sites and include d0follow WIKI, Video Press release, hi PR d0follow article as well as WEB2.0. So if you use more than just WEB2 sites then a 80+ spoke inner ring with 90% d0follow and decent PR is pretty simple to set up
Anything high PR, high traffic, static URL for tiered linking and d0follow works great. All except the press relese sites allow multiple submissions once the initial account is set up as well. Nice.
But get cheap with your content or preparation and expect crap results.
